100 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
We love our brands and hope that you do too. If you receive your watch and you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 100 days from the date of purchase. Note that the product must not be worn and must be returned to the Distributor in its original condition inclusive of all packaging. Return shipping is paid by you.
SHIPPING
Freight on your watch is free of charge, however, where applicable for international deliveries, local duties, taxes and levies are paid by you. These local charges can not be refunded if you return your watch for a credit.
Standard shipping to capital cities is 3 - 5 business days from confirmation of order. Note that this estimation is intended to be a guideline and that extended delivery estimates can be expected during peak times, or where deliveries are being made to locations that require extended delivery times.
WARRANTY
All watches have been made using the very best materials and components. Each watch is individually tested to ensure that it is finished to the highest standards. As such the watches come with a 2 year warranty which covers any manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover batteries and straps, nor damage caused by accidents, exposure to water, wear and tear or improper handling.
